| Carol
is a Wharton MBA whose career is characterized by working with non-MBAs
to create new businesses and new services including entrepreneurs,
Fortune 50's, not-for-profits, and government entities. Her consulting
practice specializes in leading teams to research the market, organize
the business plan and prepare the financial models. She founded the
Philly Finance Expo, ran and taught in an MBA program, taught at the
Wharton Small Business Development Center, served as COO of a CATV/ISP
start-up. She sits on the loan committee for a micro-lender and
volunteers to help small businesses through the SCORE organization.

Karen L. Jett, CMA (Certified Management Accountant), of Jett Excellence, concentrates on working with small and mid-sized
